To start a return or exchange, click here.

• We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached. Size exchanges are currenly unavailable. Please contact Customer Care for any enquiries. 
• For exchanges, simply lodge your return via our online returns portal above and follow the prompts. Please note that stock will not be held for exchanges. Exchanges must adhere to all full-priced return conditions.
• Refunds to the original payment method incur a flat return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Please see the table below.
• Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to process your return or exchange once received.
• Please review our returns policy before initiating your return.

Sale Returns

• ‘Final Sale’ items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. ‘Final Sale’ items will be clearly identified on the collection page, product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

Return Conditions

• Swimwear: Must be tried on over undergarments. Returns are only accepted if tags and hygiene stickers are intact.
• Earrings: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
