    You make it so easy

    I ordered cashmere sweaters which arrived promptly. I felt they were lovely but a little large and felt worried as previous returns with other companies had been problematic. However, Assembly make it so easy. Having opened their postage bag in which my items had arrived and being able to use it for the return simplified the process. What a great design! Within 30 minutes it was on its way to Assembly with a confirmation of this emailed to me. I received notifications re tracking for the next few days as within a week the exchange was completed.

    This jumper is made of lovely natural fibres and is lightweight but still warm, perfect for those in between days. Love this, it is a staple in my work from home 'uniforms' along with the mathcing pant.
